  • Permission servers refresh entitlement data
  • Session tokens update after re-login

These systems do not always synchronize at the same time.


How Long Activation Delays Can Last

  • A few minutes after renewal
  • Up to several hours during peak processing times
  • Longer if verification checks are triggered

If access is still unavailable after a reasonable sync window, manual refresh may be required.

  • Log out and log back in
  • Clear browser or app cache
  • Restart the device
  • Access from a different network
