You paid on desktop.
Receipt confirmed.
Card charged.
Then you open the mobile app.
Still basic.
No premium badge.
No unlocked features.
Just the same upgrade screen.
This Isn’t a Payment Failure
If your card was charged, the transaction worked.
The problem is usually account environment separation.
Most platforms operate:
- Web billing system
- App store entitlement system
- Independent token verification layers
Web access and app access don’t always sync instantly.
Why Web and App Don’t Match
Three common causes:
- You’re logged into a different email on mobile
- The app cached old entitlement data
- The app store account differs from your web login
The website checks your platform account.
The mobile app checks device-level entitlement.
Those two systems talk — but not always in real time.
Quick Fix Sequence (In Order)
- Force close the mobile app
- Log out and log back in
- Confirm the email matches your web purchase
- Tap “Restore Purchase” inside app settings
If that fails, wait 10–30 minutes.
Most entitlement sync delays resolve automatically.
When to Contact Support
Reach out only if:
- Charge is posted but web also shows basic plan
- 24 hours pass without mobile activation
- You changed accounts during checkout
Support can manually refresh entitlement flags.
They cannot override app store verification delays.
If web works but mobile doesn’t,
your subscription isn’t missing.
The systems haven’t finished syncing.
