Your subscription is working.
You have access.
But the payment status still shows “Incomplete” or “Unpaid.”
This usually happens because access activation and payment confirmation don’t update at the same time.
An active subscription doesn’t always mean the payment status has fully refreshed.
Why a Subscription Can Be Active While Payment Looks Incomplete
- Access is granted before final payment settlement
- The billing system updates after activation
- Status refresh is delayed across systems
- Temporary authorization is still clearing
How to Confirm the Payment Is Actually Processing
- Check your card or bank for a pending or completed charge
- Review your billing history after some time
- Look for follow-up payment or receipt emails
- Refresh or sign out and back into your account
What You Should Not Do
- Don’t pay again just to “fix” the status
- Don’t cancel an active subscription immediately
- Don’t assume the payment failed
- Give the billing system time to update
If your subscription is active but payment shows incomplete, it’s usually a sync delay—not a billing problem.
