What “Pending” Actually Means

  • The service has not officially ended
  • Access may remain active temporarily
  • Billing may still occur until completion
  • No cancellation is final without confirmation

What to Do While It Is Pending

  • Check for a cancellation completion email
  • Review the account status page for updates
  • Confirm whether a final billing date is listed

A pending cancellation is not the same as a completed one.
