I Didn’t Get the Email, So I Thought the Payment Didn’t Go Through

You checked your inbox.

No payment email.

No receipt.

No notification.

So you assumed the payment failed.

Later, you check your bank.

The charge is there.

Missing emails do not mean missing payments.

Why This Happens

  • Payment confirmation emails were sent to spam
  • The email address on the account was outdated
  • Notification emails were disabled in settings
  • Email delivery failed, but the payment succeeded
  • Receipts were sent to a different linked account

What to Trust Instead of Email

  • Your bank or card statement
  • The billing history inside the account dashboard
  • The transaction ID or authorization record

What This Is Not

  • Not a duplicate charge
  • Not a system error
  • Not a failed payment

Email notifications are optional. Payments are not.

If the charge exists, the payment was completed—even if no email arrived.
