This Is Usually a Session Issue — Not a Verification Failure
Email verification updates your account status on the server.
But your current login session may still reflect the old state.
In simple terms:
- The account is verified.
- Your active session doesn’t know yet.
Why This Happens
- You verified in a different browser
- You verified on mobile but are using desktop
- Your session token was created before verification
- The app hasn’t refreshed account status
Verification and login state are processed separately.
How to Fix It Immediately
- Log out completely
- Close the app or browser
- Log back in
This forces the system to load your updated verification status.
If you verified your email but features remain locked,
the issue is usually your active login session — not the verification itself.
