Your company upgraded.
The invoice cleared.
Everyone said, “You’re covered now.”
But when you log in?
Still basic. Still locked. Still asking you to upgrade.
This Isn’t a Payment Failure
Corporate and personal access are not the same thing.
Most business subscriptions run on:
- Organization-level licenses
- Email domain verification
- Seat assignments by admin
- SSO (Single Sign-On) authentication
If your individual account wasn’t mapped to the company workspace,
the system treats you like a regular free user.
Quick Diagnostic — 60 Seconds
Check these before blaming billing:
- Are you logging in with your company email?
- Did the admin assign you a seat?
- Are you inside the organization workspace dashboard?
- Are you using the same login method (Google, SSO, direct login)?
If one of these is off, access won’t attach to your profile.
Why This Feels Like a Scam (But Isn’t)
You see the payment.
You know the plan exists.
But your personal dashboard doesn’t change.
That’s because business billing lives in a separate container.
The company owns the license.
You only get access when assigned.
When to Contact Support
- Admin confirms your seat is assigned
- You’re logging in correctly
- Workspace shows active billing
If all three are true and access is still locked,
it may be a backend sync delay (usually resolves within 1–24 hours).
If your company paid but your account looks unchanged,
don’t dispute the charge.
First confirm: Were you actually added to the organization?
