Can’t Find Subscription Management? You’re Looking in the Wrong Place

You tried to cancel or manage your subscription — but the menu simply isn’t there. No cancellation button. No billing settings. Nothing.

  • Google Play purchases → Manage inside Play Store
  • Web purchases → Manage through the website account portal
  • Third-party billing → Check original payment email

How to Identify the Correct Billing Platform

  • Review your payment receipt source
  • Check which platform charged your card
  • Look for Apple, Google, or direct merchant billing names
  • Match the renewal system to the purchase origin

If you can’t find subscription controls, it doesn’t mean they don’t exist — you’re simply searching in the wrong billing system.
