Age Verification Page Won’t Open? Here’s What’s Actually Blocking It

You click “Verify Age.”

Nothing loads. Blank screen. Or it just spins forever.

At this point, most people assume the system is down.

In reality, the verification page is usually being blocked before it even loads.

Why The Age Verification Page Doesn’t Open

When the screen never appears, the issue is often outside the form itself.

  • Pop-up blocker stopping the verification window
  • Third-party cookies disabled in browser settings
  • Ad blockers interfering with embedded ID modules
  • VPN or region filter preventing redirect
  • Account session expired during the process

The page exists. Your browser just isn’t allowing it to render.

How To Confirm It’s Not A Platform Outage

Before assuming system failure, check this:

  • Open the same link in private/incognito mode
  • Switch from mobile app to desktop browser
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily
  • Try a different network (Wi-Fi → mobile data)

If the page opens in another environment, the problem is local — not account-based.

When It’s Actually An Account Restriction

Sometimes the page doesn’t open because your account isn’t eligible yet.

  • Verification already pending review
  • Minimum age requirement not met
  • Country restrictions applied
  • Previous failed attempts triggered cooldown

In these cases, the system won’t show the form again until the review window resets.

What To Do Next

  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Disable VPN temporarily
  • Log out and log back in
  • Wait 24–48 hours if review is pending

If the page still doesn’t appear after multiple environments, contact support with a screenshot of the blank screen and your account ID.

Most verification pages don’t fail.

They get blocked — silently — before you ever see them.
