You rejoined the group subscription.
The primary account shows an active plan.
Billing is confirmed.
Yet your individual account remains restricted.
Group Access Does Not Restore Individual States Automatically
In many platforms, group or team subscriptions grant access through entitlement propagation.
When you rejoin a group, your membership is updated — but your individual account state may not reset immediately.
Group-based systems often require a backend propagation cycle to:
- Reassign member entitlements
- Recalculate feature permissions
- Revalidate prior restriction conditions
Why Access Can Remain Restricted
- Membership restored, but entitlement propagation incomplete
- Individual account flags still active
- Delayed permission recalculation
- Manual review required for previously restricted members
In some systems, rejoining a group does not override previous individual enforcement states.
The subscription may be active at the group level, while the member profile remains under restriction.
What to Verify
- Confirm that your member role is correctly assigned
- Check whether your profile shows active entitlements
- Ask the group administrator to remove and re-add your account
- Request confirmation that individual restriction flags have been cleared
Important:
Rejoining a group subscription restores membership.
It does not always automatically clear previous account-level restrictions.
Full access requires both successful entitlement propagation and removal of any individual enforcement flags.
