But one service tab?
It won’t respond.
This Isn’t a Login Problem
If login were failing, you wouldn’t see the interface at all.
This is something more specific.
Access systems are layered:
- Layer 1 — Account authentication
- Layer 2 — Subscription validation
- Layer 3 — Feature-level eligibility
You passed Layer 1.
The block is happening deeper.
Why Only One Menu?
Platforms don’t enable access globally.
They toggle access per feature group.
A single menu can be restricted because of:
- Plan-tier limitations
- Region-specific feature rollout
- Incomplete backend sync after upgrade
- Role-based access configuration
That’s why everything else works — except that tab.
Quick Diagnostic Check
- Did you recently change plans?
- Is this feature marked “Beta” or “Limited Access”?
- Are you using a different device than usual?
- Is your account part of a team or organization?
If yes to any of these, the restriction is conditional — not an error.
When login succeeds but one menu stays closed,
your account isn’t broken.
