This Isn’t a Login Problem

If login were failing, you wouldn’t see the interface at all.

This is something more specific.

Access systems are layered:

  • Layer 1 — Account authentication
  • Layer 2 — Subscription validation
  • Layer 3 — Feature-level eligibility

You passed Layer 1.

The block is happening deeper.


Why Only One Menu?

Platforms don’t enable access globally.

They toggle access per feature group.

A single menu can be restricted because of:

  • Plan-tier limitations
  • Region-specific feature rollout
  • Incomplete backend sync after upgrade
  • Role-based access configuration

That’s why everything else works — except that tab.


Quick Diagnostic Check
