No billing problem.
No security alert.
Yet when you click a specific feature tab — nothing loads.
Or you see: Access Restricted.
This Is Not an Account Ban
If your dashboard loads normally, your account is not disabled.
Feature-level restrictions are different from account-level blocks.
Platforms often separate:
- Login authentication
- Subscription validation
- Role-based permissions
- Feature flag activation
Your account can pass the first two — and still fail the last one.
Why Only One Tab Is Locked
When a single feature tab is inaccessible, it usually means:
- The feature requires an upgraded plan
- Your role doesn’t include access rights
- The feature is region-limited
- The activation hasn’t synced across servers yet
This is a permissions mismatch — not a broken account.
Quick Diagnostic Check
- Log out and log back in
- Try another browser or device
- Check if the tab opens on web but not in-app
- Review your plan details inside billing settings
If the feature remains locked across all environments,
the issue is almost always permission-based.
If your account says active but a feature tab won’t open,
your account is fine — your access layer is not.
