Your free trial period expired, and the service automatically converted to a paid subscription.
You expected a billing confirmation email immediately — but nothing arrived in your inbox.
When a trial converts to a paid plan, the billing event follows a timeline. The confirmation email does not always trigger at the exact moment the subscription status changes.
What Normally Happens During Trial-to-Paid Conversion
- The trial expires at the scheduled date and time
- Payment authorization is submitted to your card provider
- The transaction enters a pending state
- Settlement completes within 24–72 hours
- Receipt or invoice email is generated after settlement
Why You May Not Receive an Immediate Email
- The payment is still pending authorization
- The billing system batches conversion emails
- The registered billing email differs from your login email
- Email delivery was filtered or delayed
What You Should Check Before Contacting Support
- Confirm whether the charge is marked as “Pending”
- Review subscription status inside your account
- Check billing history for invoice generation
- Compare trial end timestamp with charge date
If the payment settles successfully, the confirmation email may follow shortly after. A missing email during trial conversion does not automatically indicate a billing error.
