- Check your card or bank transaction history
- Open the app and review billing history
- Look for a receipt or invoice inside your account
- Confirm subscription or access status in settings
If the charge is listed and access is active, the payment completed.

- Enable notifications for the app in device settings
- Disable battery restrictions for the app
- Log out and log back in to refresh notification tokens
- Update the app, then restart the phone
