But inside your account — the subscription says Pending.

This usually means the payment cleared — but the system hasn’t finalized the subscription yet.


Why a Subscription Gets Stuck on Pending

  • Payment authorization succeeded but capture is delayed
  • Billing system sync hasn’t completed
  • Fraud or risk review temporarily holds activation
  • Payment processor confirmation hasn’t reached the platform

In these cases, payment exists — but entitlement isn’t issued yet.


Common Signs of a Pending Lock

  • Subscription status shows “Pending”
  • Premium features remain locked
  • Billing history shows payment processing
  • No refund option is available

This indicates the transaction is mid-processing.


How Long Pending Usually Lasts

  • Minutes → standard processing
  • Up to 24 hours → processor delay
  • 2–3 days → risk review or sync error

If it exceeds 72 hours, manual intervention is often required.


How to Resolve a Stuck Pending Subscription

  • Log out and log back in
  • Clear browser/app cache
  • Check payment confirmation email details
  • Contact support with transaction ID

Do not repurchase while status is Pending.
