You submitted a cancellation request.
The system acknowledged it.
The status changed to “Pending.”
And then it stayed there.
No final confirmation arrived.
No clear end date was shown.
A pending status means the cancellation is not complete yet.
Why a Cancellation Can Stay Pending
- The request requires manual review or approval
- The billing cycle has not reached its cutoff point
- The request was submitted during an active payment process
- The account has multiple linked subscriptions
What “Pending” Actually Means
- The service has not officially ended
- Access may remain active temporarily
- Billing may still occur until completion
- No cancellation is final without confirmation
What to Do While It Is Pending
- Check for a cancellation completion email
- Review the account status page for updates
- Confirm whether a final billing date is listed
- Contact support if the status does not change
A pending cancellation is not the same as a completed one.
Until it is finalized, the service may still be considered active.
